What a thought-provoking post, Sunny. I definitely think getting into an age-thought has something to do with longevity or not. I definitely don't feel 50-something. (lol) I feel like I did when I first my met my darling hubby at 16 but boy am I glad I'm not 25 anymore! So much wisdom (aha!) comes with the experiences we've had already. It's so true. I've even talked about this before. When my grandmother was in her 60's she was an old women in every sense, she died at 66yrs old.
On the other hand my mother is in her sixties and she doesn't seem anywhere near as old as people seemed at her age in the past.
The same goes for my age group, I'm in my 40's and when I watch old movies I marvel at people who are 10 or 15 years younger than me but seem older in dress and manner.
