In fact,  I would write the corporate office --and tell them this story.  There&amp;#39;s no excuse with them acting like this.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am like you (use coupons,  buy specials,  even went to FOUR grocery stores this week to save money).. One of my favorite stores is Kroger&amp;#39;s.  They have made a few mistakes --but when I go back to get them corrected,  they NEVER question me.  They are very nice and give me back my money immediately.  That&amp;#39;s just GOOD business.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Find a new store--but remember to complain to someone &amp;#39;above&amp;#39; the people you talked to. All I know is that the mentality of some clerks, particularly in grocery stores, seems to be somewhat lacking! And as for customer service???
